The effective use of solution focus approaches in education, youth  and other child / young person focused organizational settings has been shown to have huge and far reaching benefits for staff and students, parents and all other professionals who work in or around these settings.

Research shows that, with the appropriate implementation of solution focus techniques and practice, attitudes change, useful relationships develop and behaviour modifies for the greater good of all involved.

Programme

The two days will be given over to an introduction to solution focus thinking and will include much practice of the approach. You will,  from the outset, be using the approach in practical ways that can be applied to your work OR personal situation, one of the benefits of the approach is that its use is very helpful carried into your own lives. The two days will be fully active, with minimal 'chalk and talk'.

Training manual and on-going support for 6 months is included in the price (see note below).
